Our church was founded by Clem & Esther Ridge in 1967 in Eltham, Victoria. Originally called Apostolic Church Eltham, it has also been known as Apostolic Life Centre and New Life Christian Centre. Over the past 50 years we have had some amazing leaders including Alistair & Frida Gardiner, John & Pam Muhelisen, David & Betty Ling, Kevin & Kath Richardson, Wayne & Ruth Swift and Joseph & Roselie Bowes. In November 2012 God called Nick & Meredith Resce to come and raise up a new generation of leadership which would reflect God’s heart for our community through the love and power of the name of Jesus Christ. The church leadership was transitioned to Charles & April Crisapulli in November 2018 who now lead our thriving church. The church has enjoyed consistent success over the past 6 years, becoming a significant influence within the Bundoora and Box Hill areas of Melbourne, making a real difference in the local community. We have also seen significant development across the globe in cross-cultural missions with programs in Vanuatu, Italy and the UK. Locally we celebrate our incredible family culture as a church with an amazing children and youth programs, along with our playgroups. Our community focus is best seen through the Hope Centre in providing food for people in need, offering counselling services and support groups to expectant and new parents.
