On Sunday, June 21st, we had a special guest, Ps Ben Dolling, preaching a message on Matthew 5:38-48. He delved into the history of the roman culture and the context of the verse; explaining the significance of the right hand and how roman soldiers were able to command a Jew to carry their gear for 1 mile. Ben encouraged us to take what Jesus said literally, if you’re asked to go 1 mile, go with them 2.
We pray that this message blesses you, encourages you and ultimately draws you closer to our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
